There are no Government Scholarships for free education of foreign citizens at the Dubna State University.

There are several ways to apply:

• receiving a compatriot status (verification of the compatriot status is necessary, same rules as on the general base would be applied)
• contract-based studies.
  
  

Students studying at partner universities may come as exchange students to Moscow University according to conditions set up by exchange agreements.

To come as exchange student, one must before February 28 (for fall semester) or before October 31st (for spring semester) send to us the following:

• Formal nomination letter signed by head of international office of home university;
• Study project, describing desired courses and expected outcome;
• Photocopy of valid passport title page.

After considering the application as a whole and upon approval of the receiving faculty, we shall inform you on further action required.

To enroll in Dubna State University for programs in Russian, it`s necessary to complete a preparatory course of Russian as a foreign language. This course is intended for foreign students of various specialties. The course is designed for the study of the Russian language for 2 semesters and is aimed at the formation of communicative competence for communication in the educational, everyday, socio-cultural, educational and professional fields.

Bachelor's degree takes 4 academic years to complete.
The applicants are enrolled according to the results of the entrance examinations.

Educational background required: High School Diploma

Language skills required: Russian Intermediate B1

Documents required:

• School Leaving Certificate (High school diploma) with a notarized translation into Russian
• Official copy of academic record (Transcript with the list of all subjects and marks) with a notarized translation into Russian
• Statements of equivalence of the education certificate (for the certificates outside the Russian Federation)
• Passport (copy and notarized Russian translation)
• Health insurance valid in Russia
• 6 photos (3x4 cm)

Master's degree takes 2 academic years to complete.
The applicants are enrolled according to the results of the entrance examinations

Educational background required: Bachelor's Diploma

• Bachelor's Diploma (original and notarized Russian translation, including academic transcripts)
• Official copy of Your academic record (Transcript with the list of all subjects and marks) with the notarized translation into Russian
• Statements of equivalence of the education certificate (for the certificates outside the Russian Federation)
  
• Passport (copy and notarized Russian translation)
• Health insurance valid in Russia
• 6 photos (3x4 cm)

Post-graduate programs take 3-4 academic years to complete (depends on the program).
The applicants are enrolled according to the results of the entrance examinations.
Educational background required: Master's or Specialist`s Diploma
Language skills required: Russian Intermediate B1
Documents required:

• Document of the previous degree (Master or Specialist degree) with a notarized translation into Russian
• Official copy of academic record (Transcript with the list of all subjects and marks) with a notarized translation into Russian
• Statements of equivalence of the education certificate
• Passport (copy and notarized Russian translation)
