There are no Government Scholarships for free education of foreign citizens at the Dubna State University.

Higher education in Dubna State University can be received both on contract basis and free of charge (after competitive selection).
Foreign applicants can study at the expense of the federal budget of the Russian Federation only:
1.The citizens of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan according to interstate agreements on equal rights; the citizens of Armenia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Moldova, Turkmenistan, Georgia as compatriot participants of the state program of voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation; the citizens of the Russian Federation living abroad (confirming documents required).
