A competition for the 2023/2024 academic year for the Hungarian scholarship for full-time students has been announced

To participate in the competition for the Hungarian scholarship within"Stipendium Hungaricum" program for study in Hungarianeducational institutions, Russian applicants must submitdocuments, both for the Hungarian side and for the Russian side (independing on the requirements of the parties).

Documents for the Hungarian side are sent to the PublicTempus Foundation through the program websiteonline. The same site publishes the conditions for submitting applications, a list ofdocuments to be submitted and terms and conditionscompetition.

Documents for the Russian side (in Russian) must besubmitted to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the RussianFederation in electronic form in a scanned form to the email addresse-mail mobility@ined.ru (when sending in the subject, indicate: the Stipendium programHungaricum).

A set of documents for the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia:
1. Letter of representation from a Russian educational organizationhigher education, signed by the rector or vice rector (asissue a letter, see below);
2. Curriculum vitae of the candidate in any form withphoto 3x4 cm, with the obligatory indication of the surname, name, patronymic,date of birth, place of birth, details of the Russian internal passport,passport data (number, date of issue, validity period), leveleducation, diplomas, home address, contact phone number ande-mail.
3. Education documents:
for 1st year undergraduate students:
- a copy of the school certificate (with grades) or a copy of the diploma of the institutionsecondary vocational education with an application;
- an extract from the grade book (with grades at the time of application) oracademic reference;

for 2nd year students:
- a copy of the school certificate (with grades) or a copy of the diploma of the institutionsecondary vocational education with an application;
- an extract from the record book for the last three semesters or academicreference;

for students of subsequent undergraduate courses:
- an extract from the record book for the completed period of study oracademic reference;

for undergraduates:
- a copy of the bachelor's degree with the application;
- an extract from a grade book or an academic certificate.

4. Help about the level of knowledge of the language (Hungarian or English).
5. Copy of the international passport (the first page with a photo).
6. Form of consent to the processing of personal data.Each of the listed documents must be certified by the seal of the universityor a notary (except for paragraphs 5 and 6) and be a separate file. Filesmust be archived in a folder with the last name and first name of the candidate.The name of each file must begin with the serial number of the documentaccording to the list (see above). The following is the name of the document andlast name of the candidate.

Applications of candidates who submitted incomplete or incorrectcompleted set of documents will not be accepted for consideration.

Deadline for submission of documents:
in PF "Tempus" - until January 16, 2023at the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia - no later than 4 p.m. January 16, 2023Documents submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

About the submission letter:
Letter of representation from a Russian educational organizationhigher education for the candidate is compiled in any form in the name ofDirector of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education and ScienceRussia Tolparov Alexander Alexandrovich, signed by the rector orvice-rector (on the letterhead of the university).

The letter of representation must contain the following information:
1. Candidate status at the university (undergraduate student: course, faculty;undergraduate: course, faculty; graduate student: year of study; scientific and pedagogical worker: position, academic degree, academic title);

2. what type of training / work the candidate is sent to, (language courses,language internship, scientific internship, scientific work, bachelor's degree,magistracy, postgraduate studies, etc.);

3. to which Hungarian university the candidate plans to apply, forwhat direction of study, in what specialty;
4. the planned period of study abroad (specific dates);
5. brief description of the candidate (why the university recommendsof this particular candidate (merit)).

We draw the attention of heads of educational organizationshigher education of the Russian Federation on the fact that the selectioncandidates will be drawn from among students enrolled in full-timeform, according to educational programs of higher education, havingstate accreditation.
